The standard product MOQ is 60 units or sets. A laser-engraved product logo is free when the standard MOQ is met. Orders below 500 units use standard white corrugated packaging; full-color custom-logo packaging is available from 500 units. More extensive hardware, firmware or app customization is evaluated separately.

Certification availability is confirmed by product model, wireless configuration and target market. CE and RoHS documentation, applicable RED documentation, FCC documentation and relevant Tuya or wireless-module certificates can be provided where available. Standard stock samples are normally prepared in about 3 working days. Samples requiring function or protocol configuration take approximately 15–20 working days, while samples requiring logo, manual or packaging adjustments take approximately 10 working days. Bulk-order lead time is quoted separately according to quantity, customization and the production schedule; custom-logo packaging orders are typically planned around 15 days after all details are confirmed.

All products carry a two-year limited warranty covering confirmed manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins from the shipment date. Detailed coverage, exclusions and resolution terms follow the product model and order agreement.
